As requested by some building owners and managers, Deal’s Consulting is expanding its services to include new retainer services; therefore I wanted to share this information with all of my clients. This new program is designed to help you better prepare for fire emergencies, elevator entrapments, deal with problems concerning pre-fire planning and emergency procedures. Hopefully, this will help free up some of your valuable time. For (1) calendar year, as per your request, Deal’s Consulting will provide the following:
- 3 hour Consultation with upper management (required in some buildings)
- 2 ½ hour High-rise Certification Classes or online for management employees
- 2 ½ hour Midrise Atrium Certification Classes or online for management employees
- 2 hour Basic Fire Information Sessions for management employees and tenant representatives in jurisdictions where fire classes are not required
- General Public Basic Fire Information Sessions for building tenants (45 min.)
- Witness (2) fire drills per year for your building/buildings
- Fire Plan review
- New 40 minute Online Spanish Basic Fire Information Session for (housekeeping, other employees, Tenants and residence)
- New 3 hour Basic Elevator Information Session for management employees
- Telephone consultations with tenants and management employees for pre-fire planning, emergency procedures, related problems and concerns
- Will conduct and/or attend meetings on-site with management and/or tenants concerning related questions, concerns, problems with emergency procedures, pre-fire planning, post fire and/or fire alarms mortems
- 3 hour Basic Pre-fire Planning Sessions discussing your Building’s Fire and Life Safety Systems and Equipment with management employees
- Professional witness and after hour meetings
- Exclusion: Fire inspections and building code concerns
After an agreement is reached, Deal’s Consulting will issue an invoice for the retainer services for (1) calendar year or until funds are depleted, whichever comes first. The amount for services will be deducted from your account. The calendar year will begin when the funds are received. After (1) calendar year or when funds are depleted, a new invoice will be submitted for the retainer services. Funds do not carry over from year to year and are not refundable.
